1. Wear personal protective equipment before stainless steel sandblasting and do not work with your arms exposed. At least two people are allowed to work.

2. Gas storage tanks, pressure gauges, and safety valves should be regularly calibrated. Dust should be discharged from the gas storage tank every two weeks, and the filter in the sand tank should be checked monthly.

3. Check if the ventilation ducts and sandblasting machine doors are sealed. Five minutes before work, the ventilation and dust removal equipment must be turned on. When the ventilation and dust removal equipment fails, the sandblasting machine is prohibited from working. 

4. The compressed air valve should be slowly opened, and the air pressure should not exceed 0.8MPa.

5. The sandblasting particle size should be suitable for the job requirements, generally between size 10 and 20, and the sand should be kept dry.

6. When the sandblasting machine is working, unrelated personnel are prohibited from approaching. When cleaning and adjusting the operating parts, the machine should be stopped. 

7. When sandblasting stainless steel, it is not allowed to use compressed air to blow dust or joke around on the body. 

8. After work, the ventilation and dust removal equipment should continue to operate for five minutes before turning off to remove indoor dust and keep the site clean. 

9. In case of personal or equipment accidents, the scene should be maintained.
